By creating an account or using any Scan4ban feature you accept these intentionally flexible terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

• Scope of service. Scan4ban LLC provides domain monitoring, alerting and dashboards on an “as is” basis. Features, limits and delivery times may change without notice.
• Accounts & access. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for everything that happens in your workspace. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse infrastructure, violate applicable law or remain inactive.
• Payments. Plans, billing cycles and refunds are handled case by case. By submitting payment details you authorize charges until cancellation. Unpaid balances may result in limited functionality.
• Availability. We try to keep the platform online, but interruptions, maintenance windows or partner outages may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service.
• Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scan4ban LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the previous three months.
• Governing law. Any dispute will be handled under the laws of the jurisdiction where Scan4ban LLC is registered, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
