Can I check proxies for free?
Yes, directly on this page without an account. You can check up to 10 proxies per 24 hours; frequent requests are additionally limited.
Can I check a proxy list?
Yes. Paste up to 10 proxies, one per line. Each address counts as one free check.
Are usernames and passwords supported?
Yes. Include them in the proxy address, for example socks5://login:password@host:port, or use host:port:login:password. SOCKS4 does not need a password.
How is monitoring different from a one-time check?
Monitoring runs checks on a schedule, stores history, and can alert you when a proxy fails or recovers.
Do you store submitted data?
The public checker uses the address and credentials only while the request runs. They are not stored in the database or returned in the response. Credentials for proxies added after registration are stored encrypted.
Do checks consume proxy traffic?
Yes, but a one-time check transfers only a small amount of service data. Speed tests are enabled separately and use more traffic.
